Anchor Co-Living combines furnished housing with practical support across California. People come to us after a hospital or facility discharge, through a health plan or county referral, or when they need a stable long-term room.

As a CalAIM provider, we deliver Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports including recuperative care, post-hospitalization housing, housing navigation, deposits, tenancy-sustaining services, day habilitation, and sobering center services.
