Recuperative care, sober living, and supportive housing

Anchor Co-Living provides shared housing with built-in support: all-inclusive co-living homes across California. Residents arrive through hospital or facility discharge, health plan and county referrals, or on their own for short-term recuperative care (medical respite) or long-term rooms with meals, utilities, and support services included.

As a CalAIM Community Supports provider under Medi-Cal’s CalAIM initiative, we deliver Enhanced Care Management, Housing Transition Navigation, Housing Tenancy & Sustaining Services, housing deposit assistance, and medically tailored meals.

We believe your environment shapes your success, so most of our homes have been fully remodeled to give residents a sense of pride and dignity. Since 2021 we have housed veterans, people re-entering the community, single parents with children, adults in recovery, and people exiting homelessness.
