We don’t send unsolicited updates by default, since many discharging facilities prefer not to receive them. Let us know if you’d like status updates on a referral, and we’ll follow your preference.

Adults who are medically stable, able to perform activities of daily living independently or with minimal assistance, and who agree to a drug- and alcohol-free environment. We serve members experiencing homelessness, veterans, re-entry populations, single parents with children, and adults in recovery. Most recuperative care referrals come from hospital discharge planners, health plan care managers, and county case managers. Learn how our recuperative care homes work.

We are not a licensed medical facility and do not provide clinical treatment on site. Home health may visit during normal hours.

Anchor Co-Living’s contracted managed-care network includes Anthem Blue Cross Partnership Plan, Contra Costa Health Plan, Kaiser Permanente through Independent Living Systems, L.A. Care Health Plan, Molina Healthcare of California, Partnership HealthPlan of California, and Health Plan of San Joaquin / Mountain Valley Health Plan.
