We don’t send unsolicited updates by default, since many discharging facilities prefer not to receive them. Let us know if you’d like status updates on a referral, and we’ll follow your preference.

Adults who are medically stable, able to perform activities of daily living independently or with minimal assistance, and who agree to a drug- and alcohol-free environment. We serve members experiencing homelessness, veterans, re-entry populations, single parents with children, and adults in recovery. Most recuperative care referrals come from hospital discharge planners, health plan care managers, and county case managers. Learn how our recuperative care homes work.

We are not a licensed medical facility and do not provide clinical treatment on site. Home health may visit during normal hours.

Anchor Co-Living is contracted with Medi-Cal managed care plans across California, including Kaiser Permanente, Anthem Blue Cross Partnership Plan, Partnership HealthPlan of California, Contra Costa Health Plan, Molina Healthcare of California, L.A. Care Health Plan, Mountain Valley Health Plan, and Health Plan of San Joaquin.
